Living Springs MCC Bath c/o Central United Reformed Church Grove Street, Bath BA2 6PJ
Public Transport and Walking
We meet about 1 km (just over half a mile) from the bus and rail stations. Walk down Manvers Street (opposite the rail station). You will pass Manvers Street Baptist Church on your right. Cross over North Parade at the traffic Lights. Carry on walking in the same direction, Bath Abbey will be on your left and Parade Gardens below you on your right. Continue to the end of Grand Parade and turn right over Pulteney Bridge. Grove Street is the first turning on the left just before the corner shop. The entrance is a short distance down on your right hand side. Someone will be there to welcome you for half an hour immediately prior to worship. If you arrive before or after then please ring the bell.
There are some buses that run from the bus station or just opposite the bus station which come slightly nearer to where we meet - however, generally this takes longer than walking.
On Sundays there is free on street parking in central Bath. Spaces can be difficult to find, although there are often more after the shops have closed.
There is a Park and Ride at Newbridge on the West side of Bath. Park and Ride buses run until 6 pm into Bath - there are no specific Park and Ride buses later in the evening although it is possible to get the 15, 39 and A4 buses which stop just outside the Park and Ride (which is open 24 hours) - these buses run roughly half hourly.
